Hand-filled in St. Louis by Federal Color, these pans are taller than most standard half pans and may have slight variations due to the hand-filled process. Each pan fits into standard watercolor tins and provides rich, concentrated color that can be used boldly with just a few drops of water or diluted for soft, translucent washes.
